nana is the culmination of family influence, responsibly sourced food and strong neighborhood roots. Having been born, raised and educated in Bridgeport, this is where I wanted to build my business. And what better place than in the building I grew up in?
Back in 2006, when my family and I began developing the concept, I was committed to giving Bridgeport a unique food option. nana's brunch menu offers new Mexican and classic American breakfast fare, signature salads and sandwiches and weekend specials. At nana, we work closely with a small network of local growers, producers and craftspeople to bring in the best ingredients, including hormone- and antibiotic-free poultry & meats raised entirely on pasture. Our full bar offers seasonally inspired cocktails and regional beers along with a colorful selection of Rishi teas and Chicago-based Metropolis coffee and espresso.
